About Mr. Anant K. Rajegaonkar
Mr. Anant K. Rajegaonkar is a transformational leader having a dynamic personality. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and a Chartered Engineer (Architecture Division) from AMIE, India. He has also been the President of The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Maharashtra wing.
Mr. Rajegaonkar started his career in 1986 as an architect in Nashik and designed many iconic structures, which have over the years become landmarks of Nashik. In 1994 he co-founded Suyojit Group with Mr. Anil Bhavarlal Jain (Co-chairman of the company). He also shoulders the responsibilities as Director of Suyojit Group besides being co-chairman. A genius architect driven by his goals and ambitions, he has scripted an unprecedented growth story in Nashik’s real estate development and has become one of the harbingers of real estate revolution in Nashik. His commitment and vision has escalated Suyojit Group into the league of India’s most reliable and fastest growing real estate players.
He also juggles between many other important roles. He is Managing Director of Anant Technocrats (P) Ltd., Proprietor of Anant Access, Director of Sun Infrastructures (P) Ltd., Director of Institute of Engineers (Nashik Chapter) and Trustee of S. G. Public School. He is also a member of The Citizen Forum of Nashik and a nominated member of the Panel of Architectural Consultant & Engineer of Nashik Municipal Corporation, Nationalized & Scheduled Banks, Nashik Agricultural Produce Market Committee and various educational institutions.
